In addition to the visual inspection, acid testing or electronic testing, and weighing (where possible) that we will conduct in your presence, we may also perform any other tests that are suitable for your product. The figures are subject to change at any time and are likely to be incomplete or incorrect. These are not guaranteed or committed offers – and they are not indicative of what we will pay for any item. When selling items to us, you must:
We maintain keeping of transactions and identification as per legislation. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at our discretion, including in cases where identity, ownership, authenticity or compliance are not possible. When you place an item on sale to us, you agree to the following: 1) you are the owner of the item (or are authorized to sell it) 2) the item is not stolen or under any lien or other encumbrances 3) all information you provide us is accurate 4) you are selling the item voluntarily. False information may cause us to cancel the transaction and notify the authorities.
An appointment will be scheduled and made by phone, email or Website form. Please make sure a request is confirmed, otherwise it is not an appointment. Appointments will be rescheduled or cancelled when required and we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Please provide correct contact details.
